More movies, more knitting

My isolation continues. Well, if one can consider only using the internet away from home and relying on text messages to communicate with her bff isolation, I suppose. I find myself watching more tv now that I have 4,976 fewer channels to choose from, and also more movies with the kids.
And also, knitting. Hocks is continuing to grow, and I hope to share a picture of it for craft club on Friday. My mind is spinning with ideas for what to knit next. I do have a custom piece to knit as soon as I can get to town for the yarn. Yeah, can you believe that someone wants something made in a color I don’t already have? I mean, how crazy is that?
I want to thank you for your patience here as I try to develop a good off-line blogging routine. It will get easier when I have my system back, since I can write on it and just upload when I have internet access. Too bad I didn’t invest in a system with plenty of memory. I’ve been eyeballing machines wuth 320 GB hard drives as I walk by them. Heh. Maybe next decade. I’m liable to leave the internet off at home for quite a while as I work on catching other stuff up, so I’m really getting better at focusing when I do get online. Of course, the kids still need it for school, so this translates into pretty much daily trips to the library. We are all heart-broken. Not.
