If you can do the things you said and knit in the round, you will be fine. If you can't knit in the round, it can be knit flat and seamed, but I like the unseamed look better. I'm great at casting on and knitting and/or purling but I'm not so skilled at following a pattern. I have my Mom who can help over the phone, have found some online resources and a few local folks who could help in a bind. I cannot crochet. Would these patterns be an appropriate challenge for me?
