sticks, beads and strings
make wonderful, beautiful things

Do you miss them?

I kinda miss them. And really, there are so many of them that it’s hard to avoid talking about them. And I do make most of my stuff for them. And wouldn’t it be nice to get the whole story all in one place again? And they are just so darn cute, ykwim? Oh, maybe you don’t. Hmmm. Maybe a poll is in order.

Cass is talking about her

  1. yarn
  2. kids
  3. books
  4. piles of laundry

Speaking of books, I have a stack of books on my desk. New knitting books. Books that I am supposed to look at and tell you about. Only I suck, because I have been spending all my free time cleaning, and I have only glanced at the covers. Tonight, I will look at one, and tomorrow, I will tell you about it.

And speaking of cleaning, ewwwwwwwwwwwww. My washer kept throwing out one error code after another yesterday. If it didn’t say “SUD”, it said “F21″ (water drain problems). Finally after I had been washing the same load of diapers for roughly 12 hours, dh came home from work, and cleared the drain. I showed him the post my friend Laura had made last spring Kenmore Elite H3 Washer – Error Code HF, and it was a snap. Thanks Laura, for saving me the cost of a service call. The diapers got dry just in time. No Cat 5 cables were harmed in the performance of this household maintenance type activity.
