Online Craft Club Show and Tell #4
Welcome to the fourth edition of the Online Craft Club Show and Tell. I am sure enjoying this little meme, and I really hope you are, too! This week, I spent my crafting time on the same log cabin blanket I worked on last week. I can hardly believe that, because it’s so unusual for me to stay with a project for very long, but it’s true.
If you recall, when I dug it out, it looked like this:
And then last week, it looked like this:
And here is the picture I took this morning, with the piece I am frogging into it underneath:
At this point, I am thinking that when I get through with the yarn, it will at least be big enough for the baby a lap blanket. You may recall that this was part of the motivation behind changing my plan–to get it usable faster. And I’ll go ahead and admit that the temptation is strong to continue with this project for one more week. We’ll see what happens with that.
Clearly I need more time working on my stitching, and less time at my office furniture.
~~~~~~~~
I hope you enjoyed my show and tell. I’d love it if you play along with me. Here’s what you do:
Take a picture of your current project, whatever that happens to be. Or maybe one you recently finished. Or the materials for the one you are about to start. Let’s say materials for a project in whatever state it happens to be in at the time you snap it. On Friday, post the picture and tell us about your project. What you did, or what you are going to do. How much you are enjoying it, or hating it. You know–show and tell.
Just copy & paste the code below the graphic and get crafty with me!
Be sure to come back and leave a comment so we know where to find you!
I actually got the hat doe earlier this week and posted it already
Hmmm left a comment but it’s not here again
Hmm, I got this one, but not any others. The good news is that this one showed up without me needing to approve it!
Askimet caught your other two. I de=spammed them, so hopefully we can now engage in conversation. Sorry about that!!! Please email me if it happens again, but Askimet is supposed to be “teachable”, so hopefully, it won’t.
That’s odd but the above comment took, ok here is my message again: My stuff is at http://onaridge.blogspot.com/2007/09/online-craft-club-is-here.html
