sticks, beads and strings
make wonderful, beautiful things

I’ve been knitting-Finished Objects 15-17 of 2007

I know that’s shocking, but it’s true. I’ve completed three more small items.
Possibly the world’s ugliest hat, vying with one I made last year. But being crocheted from doubled yarn, it may also be the world’s warmest, so I guess that evens things out. It’s going in the Dulaan box.

I extended the ribbing on these shorts, so they can be used again.

And I made this soaker. The waistband and leg cuffs are washable wool, and I am actually intending to felt this just a bit, so it will be a great night-time soaker. It’s worth noting that DD#4 HAD to wear it before I put the cuffs on it. let me just say that it’s much more pleasant to knit on a fresh, unworn soaker than to grab on that’s been used overnight and put cuffs on it while it’s damp. Just sayin’
