Poncho- Finished Object 7 of 2007

April 30, 2007 - Tag: Knitting

The poncho is indeed finished! It was knit on size 9s from araucania nature wool and one skein of fun fur. (Marcus, now you know what it looks like.)

As you can see, DD#3 is pretty pleased with the results:
finished poncho

I think she could wear it to sing in Branson Missouri. The fun fur just shines, doesn’t it? ROFL!!

Up next: socks for me.
started pink and green socks

I do have enough of the two green yarns left to make another felted bag, I think, so that may happen in the near future as well. There is still the entire month of May for this color section of Project Spectrum.

Oh, that is just the cat’s meow! The fun fur is perfect. It gives it just enough something. Did you use a pattern?

Hey, remember you said you don’t understand why anyone knits by machine… Well, I just posted a project you will never knit by hand. Take a look.

Very cute! The yarn you have for your socks looks fun too!

Ang, it’s a raglan, so, umm no, just figured the starting numbers and increased every other round.
