I routinely delete loads of spam comments from this blog. They seem to come in waves, first porn, then poker, then viagra, then more porn, etc. Recently, I noticed a bunch with tramadol as the keyword. I thought it was another ED drug until I looked it up online. It’s actually a narcotic painkiller usually prescribed for moderate to severe pain. I still don’t need to have 5,378 comments about it, but at least now I know what it is!

I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian, a knitter and a blogger. I've been knitting since December of 2000, and I knit all. the. time. I knit professionally for several years, but have become so busy that I only work on consignment now. I have also taught several knitting classes. I do all my knitting with two sticks and some string, and do not even own a knitting machine. I also crochet quite a bit, and used to embroider, cross-stitch and needlepoint. I have other non-fiber related hobbies as well.

Actually, that’s what I take for pain.
Just so you know, Tramadol is terrible. I have been on every different kind of narcotic for my back in the last 6 years and I can say with full confidence, it sucks.
If I take it correctly, it helps my pain but it’s supposed to also help me sleep. Nope. Doesn’t do that. But at least it doesn’t make me nauseas like other pain relievers from the dr. have.
