Introducing the Southern Fried Carnival

This carnival will celebrate our wonderful southern bloggers. If you are a transplant who plans to stay, you are welcome. If you were a southerner, and have since moved, you can still play. Southern is a state of mind, not of residence. So if you are one, drop on in!

Please use one of these buttons (save it to your own server) and link to the carnival page. When you click them you’ll land there. See, easy-peasy.

Hi! I saw this over at Kat’s My Single Mom Life blog, and want to participate. With the exception of about three years with a military husband, I am a lifetime southerner.

I seem to have overlooked the first topic. I believe Kat said it would be what you love about living in the south. Will more details be forthcoming? Is there a limit to the number of favorite things this post can include, or do we need to focus on one or a few things only?

Thanks. This is a great idea :)

I did it and I hope I did it right. I plan to do the other one, too.
