Of course I read the Yarn Harlot. Is there a knitting blogger/blogging knitter who doesn’t? Incredible wit, lightening speed and a schedule that makes me think I ought to just suck up and deal with my own measly 24 hours keep me coming back. Do be warned: she may be the harlot, but at least she’s not a hooker like me

I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian, a knitter and a blogger. I've been knitting since December of 2000, and I knit all. the. time. I knit professionally for several years, but have become so busy that I only work on consignment now. I have also taught several knitting classes. I do all my knitting with two sticks and some string, and do not even own a knitting machine. I also crochet quite a bit, and used to embroider, cross-stitch and needlepoint. I have other non-fiber related hobbies as well.
