Brownsheep Cotton Fine, 6 balls in Victorian Pink. 1332 yards total, destined to become a Faroese Garden Shawl. This was my birthday present to myself, along with the pattern, in 2005. I may use the yarn for that, or I may not. I’ve thought about using it for several different projects, but it’s been just a couple of shades off from what I want.

I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian, a knitter and a blogger. I've been knitting since December of 2000, and I knit all. the. time. I knit professionally for several years, but have become so busy that I only work on consignment now. I have also taught several knitting classes. I do all my knitting with two sticks and some string, and do not even own a knitting machine. I also crochet quite a bit, and used to embroider, cross-stitch and needlepoint. I have other non-fiber related hobbies as well.
