Blast From the Knitting Past

I did end up dragging out that old needle. Here it is:

The whole thing is only 11 1/2 inches long. I got this one from eBay, and I’ve never seen one like it in a store. I zoomed through the rest of sock 1 on it, and finished last night, except for kitchenering the toe. It’s my policy to never kitchener after midnight. Bad things happen when I do.
