I unpacked my sock yarn today. Remember when I did the stash page re-do? Well, I put a lot the sock yarns in shoe boxes on top of a bookcase. Talk about sensory deprivation! I cleaned that bookshelf today, and the first step was unpacking those shoe boxes of sock yarn and putting them back on the sock yarn shelf. Once again, I have a riotous panopoly of colorful goodness to rest my lustful gaze upon. Aaaah, the simple pleasures of life.

I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian, a knitter and a blogger. I've been knitting since December of 2000, and I knit all. the. time. I knit professionally for several years, but have become so busy that I only work on consignment now. I have also taught several knitting classes. I do all my knitting with two sticks and some string, and do not even own a knitting machine. I also crochet quite a bit, and used to embroider, cross-stitch and needlepoint. I have other non-fiber related hobbies as well.
