I took the socks with me to girl scouts tonight. The cord is really stiff on the bamboos I am using, and I may end up doing them one at a time after all. Perhaps I will even manage to make them the same size, though that is not a given. I do have some 12 inch 7s. They are not made anymore. The whole thing is plastic. If I end up dragging them out, I’ll show you a picture.
I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian, a knitter and a blogger. I've been knitting since December of 2000, and I knit all. the. time. I knit professionally for several years, but have become so busy that I only work on consignment now. I have also taught several knitting classes. I do all my knitting with two sticks and some string, and do not even own a knitting machine. I also crochet quite a bit, and used to embroider, cross-stitch and needlepoint. I have other non-fiber related hobbies as well.
