I bet you aren’t as cold as Lisa was last week. Her furnace died. In Chicago. And it was 16 degrees. We were all giving her ideas on how to try to stay warm while she waited for the repairman. Poor gal ended up having to buy a new furnace. I imagine about now, she thinks it was well worth the price. But what a hit to take right before Christmas!
I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian, a knitter and a blogger. I've been knitting since December of 2000, and I knit all. the. time. I knit professionally for several years, but have become so busy that I only work on consignment now. I have also taught several knitting classes. I do all my knitting with two sticks and some string, and do not even own a knitting machine. I also crochet quite a bit, and used to embroider, cross-stitch and needlepoint. I have other non-fiber related hobbies as well.
