I have 5 balls of this Plymouth Encore color 175 for the patchwork blanket I am making for DD#1. I only need one of those to finish the patches in this color. The rest will be going into a sweater for DS#1. The color is absolutely perfect for him.

I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian, a knitter and a blogger. I've been knitting since December of 2000, and I knit all. the. time. I knit professionally for several years, but have become so busy that I only work on consignment now. I have also taught several knitting classes. I do all my knitting with two sticks and some string, and do not even own a knitting machine. I also crochet quite a bit, and used to embroider, cross-stitch and needlepoint. I have other non-fiber related hobbies as well.

I love the color! I admire people that can knit, it is one thing I can’t do. I can quilt and crochet but knitting not so much. Yet anyway.
Beautiful yarn, but your fibers are always so pretty. Oh, by the way, it took me several visits to realize that’s not a two handled basket up there..LOL
What a pretty, and warm color. The yard looks really soft too. I wish I could get beyond knit, purl, knit, purl and maybe even read a pattern (or 2). I can’t wait to see the finished project!
