sticks, beads and strings
make wonderful, beautiful things

Actual Fiber Content

This is a fiber warning. One of the yarns I purchased the other day and displayed for you merits a few words. It can be summed up thusly: NO.

I’ll elaborate for you a bit. The yarn in question is Caron Simply Soft Shadows. It feels so soft and squishy in the ball. And it knits like crap. It sticks on the needles, and it’s just UGH! It’s beautiful stuff, but NO. I knew there was a reason I swore off of 100% acrylic, and this yarn is it. I may be returning it, or I may go ahead and make a crusher hat out of it, if I can stand the working of it for the beauty. I’ll decide later.

Would it be just as bad as crochet fiber?
