Yeah, like NaNoWriMo, but for knitters. I wish I had read about NaKniSweMo before the month was half over! One of the reasons I want to whittle my WIP pile down is so I can do fun stuff like this! I love knit-a-longs, but I always think, “No, I have too much going on already.” Next year? I’m on it.

I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian, a knitter and a blogger. I've been knitting since December of 2000, and I knit all. the. time. I knit professionally for several years, but have become so busy that I only work on consignment now. I have also taught several knitting classes. I do all my knitting with two sticks and some string, and do not even own a knitting machine. I also crochet quite a bit, and used to embroider, cross-stitch and needlepoint. I have other non-fiber related hobbies as well.
