Mmmmmm, Fall!

It’s here. Only in the morning and at night, so far, but it’s here. I love Fall! The winter bites you with wicked sharp teeth, and the summer assaults you with pummeling waves, but Fall, it’s just about perfect. I can breathe, I don’t sweat, and life is good. I look forward to settling back in to some sort of routine, or at least what passes for one in this crazy house.

I have worked on DS#1s socks for 5.5 inches now. I’ll continue to concentrate on these until they are finished, or I am sick of them, or September ends, whichever is first. I know if I call it good, and put a heel in and work in stockinette, I could finish alot faster. I also know that he’ll be able to use them longer if I keep on in the ribbing. So, I’m fighting myself. I timed myself last night, and I can do 3/4 of an inch in an hour, so I have about 12 hours of work left.

Mama is coming today. She wants me to get her a domain of her own. Last time I did this, Carla was holding my hand, and it was to set up this site. I hope I can remember how to do it.

Tonight will be movie night. We’re going to watch Oliver. Hey, that’s about an inch and half of sock. Unless I stop to rock a baby.

So, other than laundry, that’s the day’s agenda. Oh, and school, if I get to it before Mama gets here. I’ll start when I am through with the morning pump I think.
