I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian, a knitter and a blogger. I've been knitting since December of 2000, and I knit all. the. time. I knit professionally for several years, but have become so busy that I only work on consignment now. I have also taught several knitting classes. I do all my knitting with two sticks and some string, and do not even own a knitting machine. I also crochet quite a bit, and used to embroider, cross-stitch and needlepoint. I have other non-fiber related hobbies as well.

ok, you started these yesterday?
Because, ya know, I’m a fast knitter too. Especially when knitting fixation. But I don’t think I could knit a PAIR of socks in a day.
Well, late Wednesday night, I started them?? I finished one last night around 6, and one today right before I took the pic. They are short socks, though, cause DD#1 wanted the second abll for herself.
