No Good Title
Yesterday I worked on Jill’s pants (4 inches of leg to go) and the bamboo baby sweater (sleeve over half done). I haven’t yet decided what to work on today.
One of my teenage friends called yesterday. He came over last night with a stack of movies, and actually intended to spend the night. We pulled out an extra mattress and he bunked down in the living room. His mom had a baby a little before 3 am Thanksgiving Day, and the poor guy was all alone at home. We had a good time, watching Star Wars I and III, and the new Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We were incredibly late to bed, of course, but, it was worth it.
On hospitality: I enjoy having people in my home (well, there are a couple exceptions, but that’s a rant for another day). It’s a mark of Christian love, you know. I could throw in some scripture quotes, but if you care, you already know them, so I won’t.
I think we are putting the tree up today. Dh has to work, but only has one call. That will give us time to clean the living room real well before he gets back though
My first cup of coffee is almost gone. I think I will finish up those 2 projects today after all, even if my normal rotating schedule calls for a personal day. I’ll definitely work on a square(s) as soon as Dh leaves though. I don’t know what I will do after that, but you know I will post what I actually did.
I updated the stash page this morning, btw. 206 balls left! Gotta love those scrap projects, right? I am still thinking on December’s list, and I’ll be updating the sidebar as soon as I finish November’s stuff.
